Having been a subscriber to the seasonal box for more than three years, I updated my address on their site a few months prior to the next shipment. For some reason, the change didn’t take effect, and my latest box was sent to my old address. After making several calls where I had to explain their shipping process to the support rep, my box still ended up at my previous location. I ended up canceling a subscription I really enjoyed because the customer service was just so unprofessional, clueless, and seemed totally indifferent to keeping me as a customer.

I canceled my subscription that I genuinely liked because the customer service was so unprofessional, incompetent, and unconcerned with retaining my business.
